Custom Whole Beef Deposit. $4.95/lb hanging carcass weight (HCW). Estimated HCW of 500 to 650 lbs. Estimated take home (boxed) is 65% of the HCW (325 to 425 lbs). Total price estimate $2,475 to $3,575. (price DOES NOT include processing). Processing costs approximately $900 per whole beef. 
 
 
Here's how it works: 
Place your deposit here.
Christian will contact you within a week to provide a cut sheet, cut sheet recommendations, and an estimated time for your beef to be ready (usually 3-4 weeks from the date of harvest).
Once your beef is ready, you can pick it up at the processor in Amerdam. We also provide delivery to Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston,  Helena, and Billings, and everywhere in between. We ship throughout the state and ask to be reimbursed for the shipping cost (~$100 per quarter).
Your balance due upon delivery will be $4.95/ lb. based on the hanging weight of the beef — minus your $1,500 deposit.
Separately, you’ll also be responsible for paying our butcher directly for your processing fee via an online invoice (approximately $700 - $900).
